positiv: Very good location in quiet place
negativ: If you need a glass of hot water you might call staff or go down stares to the bar, even if you fill sick. No coffee machine inside the room
negativ: Very old, small rooms, not even close to 4 stars
negativ: for the price per room not even a discount for a car park or free wifi. This is not a 5* hotel
positiv: Hotel was well located, clean and staff were very friendly and helpful
negativ: Having to pay 24 Euros per day to use the television in the room - this was never mentioned before we confirmed.

was really comfortable sleeping there
negativ: They should inform that there is an additional tax in Amsterdam, at the check in and not after you leave the hotel.
At the check in they try to force us to make an upgrade to the executive floor..if not there is no breakfast!!..so we didn't eat at the hotel.
