positiv: Excellent breakfast. location in not a bad area 20mins walk from centre.Tram stops nearby to reach town or coast..
negativ: about 50 percent of staff were pleasant.Did not go out of their way.Lack of local information from reception and instead of concentrating on one job it seemed like staff were expected to multi task without the necessary training.A few problems with maintenance and drains in bathroom which were not rectified during our 2 night stay although we told staff on 2 seperate occasions, towels in bathroom were getting past their best. .carpet and wallpaper shabby on ground floor corridor In room safe inoperative and staff didnt know how to work it.room badly designed with sharp corner to work station and only 6inches between this and the bed.lighting on bedhead halogen which got vey hot and was quite dangerous.would class this as more of a business hotel than a leisure hotel.
positiv: I found the hotel quiet and the view from my room was nice.
negativ: - The 'welcome cocktail' is no cocktail. It is to be chosen between a glass of wine, a beer or a juice. Then it should be called otherwise.
- The shower is not very convenient as one must stand at one end of the tub. Also the water is far too hot and it is difficult not to burn oneself in searching for the right balance of hot and cold water.
- the mattress was not flat.
positiv: Very quiet and comfortable
positiv: i was very very content with my stay at this hotel.
negativ: WIFI is not strong everythere so in some rooms it is not possible to connect,
the location is a bit far from city centreand sea area...however with the car it should be OK
negativ: safety didn't work
negativ: No restaurant and not much in local area. WIFI doesn't work in at least some rooms and there is no wired internet option.
negativ: The closet for the cloths was severely damaged and very shaky
