negativ: The car park was full so I had to park away and carry bags.
positiv: Hotel has no lift and difficult stairs, with floors on different levels, but staff happy to help with luggage. Breakfast starts at 7.00, but as I had to leave at 6.30 to for train, the night duty staff prepared for me a breakfast bag.
