positiv: Nice location at the Maas river. Obviously a popular destination for locals, specially vacation and family.
Good breakfast, but expensive.
Hotel's comments: We do apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate the efforts to inform us about the complaints. It gives us the opportunity to improve our service. We immediately have taken measures to prevent unfriendly service and to make sure rooms are well cleaned.
negativ: Less addressing business accommodation as it seems. Personnel could clearly be more friendly and quicker. Room was pretty steamy so that sleeping was difficult end of May.
Very unusual construction of bathroom: Though very large with two large sliding doors towards the hotel room, but within the bathroom, no door to toilet or wet cell. Sliding doors are not tight enough regarding toilet sounds and smell.
Cupboard is integrated in bathroom. Thus, not accessible if someone is using the toilet or the shower and content may be harmed by humidity.
Waiter needed very long and were not too friendly. After waiting about 20 minutes, we left.
Unusually need to leave a complete receipt of credit card as a bail with about the double of one night's rent.
Pubic hair of a former guest sticked on the wall near the shower
