It is a Hotel for Chinese tourists, not for foreign business travellers.
To many people, Hotel staff is to busy and stressed and that reflects on the guest, but they try. The lobby is like a beehive. Breakfast is the worse I have ever had in a “5” Star Hotel. Outside of the Hotel, you will find all the tourist typical traps.
Positive: In general the prime hotel and its staff are very good
Negative: some of hotel's staff are not well-speaking english
Positive: Rooms very spacious indeed, hotel is very clean and of a good standard .. would stay here again.
Negative: Decor is a little dated/tacky - not exactly a "boutique" hotel.
