negativ: room as booked was windowless and claustrophobic.
positiv: Very good value for money. Location is great for food and shopping (whether cheap shopping or upmarket departmental stores). Staff service was excellent. The free internet was a real boon. I didn't bring my notebook but I noticed they had a port in our room. The mattress was firm, the quilt was warm yet not heavy - in short, the hotel was real value for money.
negativ: I would prefer a bigger TV than the 14-inch one provided, but that's a very small minus point, compared to the numerous plus points of this hotel. The breakfast was rather pathetic but once again, that's not a priority bcos other hotels don't even include breakfast yet cost more.

positiv: The staff were among the best I have encountered for a long time, especially those in the hotel business office. Their assistance with visa application & other aspects were exemplary. This also extends to staff in reception & dining room. Hotel location is excellent for convenience 711 next door & food outlets everywhere & under 10 min. walk to Jordan metro station.
negativ: There was loud building work noise which started approx. 8am & the quality of breakfast was disappointing. Lower the room rate & they will be onto a winner. Customers will forgive the poor breakfast & noise.
positiv: Internet access in room is a great advantage. They have PC terminals in the corridor for guests without their own laptops, all at no extra charge. Location was almost ideal for all I need. The room I had on 3rd floor was very quiet considering the exterior location of the hotel. There is a 711 next door & superd dessert shop opposite. The business/travel office on 3rd floor & all staff were very pleasing & friendly.
negativ: Breakfast choice & quality leaves me cold...but staff was very friendly.
positiv: Very enthusiastic staff.
negativ: The pillows were too high and the bed very uncomfortable and small. The smell from the nearby restaurants is not very nice to have in the room for 24 hours. The room is very old.
