Positive: Reception recommended good package for breakfast and special previlege for club member.
Negative: I have to ask for the HRS rate otherwise I didn't get special rate. And the total payment calculation by hotel is more expensive than HRS rate in website. I have to show the printing document from website otherwise I didn't get this rate.
Negative: I was missing a bus shuttle to the Pudong airport.
Negative: Not the best of staff although some tried extra hard. Couldnt get through to reception after midnight and when i tried to check-out at 5am realised that they were all sleeping in the back office. Quality of service depended on who was serving you especiaaly in the Sofitel Club Lounge.
