Negative: 1) I decided to make a reservation the hotel for "GDC China", game conference because I read the internet access was fee. However, actually no information was provided and we should pay for internet access.
2) In the bathroom, drain emptied slowly in the sink, seems that they do not clean in the hole.
3) Water from the shower room was spillovered to the bathroom.
4) The desk clerk did not have any information about shuttle bus table from the nearest bus stop to the airport.
Service and hospitality were not global level.
