The hotel is located in the center of Katowice, next to the round about Rondo, on the National Road Gliwice-Krakow. It is located near to major roads (highway A4) connecting Katowice to Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw and boarder crossing in Cieszyn.

positiv: I had one empty beer bottle in my minibar, which I did not drink, this was changed without any questions.

negativ: Hotel liegt in einem Einkaufscenter - keine Zufahrtmoeglichkeiten fuer Taxis. Zimmer machen einen abgewohnten Eindruck Zimmer haben absolute Papierwaende - man hoert jedes Wort im anderen Raum mit Remotecontroll funktionierte nicht - Fernseher war ziemlich schlecht eingestellt. Restauran - Bedienung und Qualitaet miserabel. Bar - Wartete 30 minuten auf mein Getraenk obwohl halb leer. Am Abreisetag war nur ein Aufzug in Funktion trotz 40 Stockwerken - nur Schulterzucken vom Personal - Nie mehr! Wir sind dann nach Gleiwitz auf eine Termin und der KUnde schlug das dortige Qubus zum Lunch vor Hier war der Service und das Essen gut und auch am Empfang war man aeusserts hilfsbereit.
