negativ: The only problem was with the breakfast. There was insufficient sitting capacity. We had to stand in order to trink some coffe more then 15 min. Staff refused to give us an alternativ, e.x. we asked for a tray to bring the beakfast in our room.
negativ: 1) Maintenance work was carried out in the room above ours between 8pm and 2.30 a.m. We felt we should not have been put in this room, despite complaining we were not offered an alternative room. Management had apparently dictated that the work must be completed on the Saturday night.

positiv: Friendly receptionist, helpful with information

positiv: very central and convenient location
negativ: breakfast room is small, organisation insufficient
