positiv: Value for that money. Stuff was friendly .Room was huge for standard with a huge bed.
negativ: A little bit far away from the metro station and far from the city center. But excellent for people who need to get to the Domodedovo airport only. Had a bad feeling that there is no drinking water in the room only in minibar for 180 rubles.
negativ: mini bar is too expensive
positiv: Excellent lady harpist in the piano bar each morning was a nice touch. Courtesy bus to Demodedovo airport handy.
negativ: Room hot and unable to control temperature except by leaving window open all night. Restaurant currently closed for refurbishment. Alternative venue fine except hot food only warm.
positiv: Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable. Very busy for champions league final but coped well
negativ: i was unaware of any services for hrs guests to ask for them the helpfulness of staff varied from 1 excellent person who couldnt do enough to help to another who wasn't really interested on answering queries
