The hotel occupies the third floor of the apartment house, built in the beginning of the XX century in the centre of the old district of Saint-Petersburg, the Petrogradskaya Storona (the Petrograd Side). The mini-hotel is situated on the corner of Ropshchinskaya Street and Bolshoy Prospect, which is, alongside with Nevskiy Prospect, the major shopping and entertainment route of the city. It takes you only 7 minutes on foot to get to Sportivnaya metro station, and half an hour to find yourself in the very heart of the city – the Spit of Vasilievsky Island and Palace (Dvortsovyi) Bridge. Those, who intend to visit the Lenexpo Exhibition Center, shall find the location of the hotel very convenient, for it takes only 10-15 minutes by public transport to get there. And 15-20 minutes to get to the city centre.
