negativ: Cleanliness was good except that our bath glasses were not clean each day but just rinsed out.
positiv: When I arrived to check in, I was told that the hotel was closed for Christmas and my booking had been transferred to the Graand Hotel Union Business, which was about 200m closer to the town centre. This hotel was excellent and couldn't be faulted. My scores reflect the replacement hotel and not the original one that was booked

positiv: clean, very calm and professional athmosphere. Polite staff. Fast internet connection in the lobby.
negativ: the air-conditioner kept uncomfortable razzling noise every time it started to function through the night. The silece in the breakfast room felt somewhat uneasy. Soft backround music would have make the athmosphere much more comfortable.
