positiv: This is a wonderful hotel in a great location. The staff was very helpful and very informed about the city. It was one of the most positive experiences I have had in 30+ years of traveling. I recommend it highly and look forward to returning for a future visit.
positiv: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient but not overly exciting.
negativ: The hotel is a little further from the train station than I would have liked. But the location was excellent for visiting the city center.
positiv: just in the city centre, excellent to walk around, safe
positiv: Immaculate and meets all basic requirements. the wifi (and supply of cable in case of weak signal) for free were a great bonus. And when I had to catch a v early bus (before breakfast) they packed me a lunch - a nice touch.
negativ: The shower is hand held and not wall-mounted. How difficult would it be to fix a bracket? A kettle and teabags in the room would be nice.
positiv: Very fine value / price - minor room, but containing almost all you need. Unique position in the city center of Ljubljana. Every thing is right at your doorstep. Fine breakfeast buffet including all different sorts of coffee incl. chocolate for my daughter.
negativ: Only thing missing in the room during the summer heat was airconditioning. There was though a fan in our room, but the heat was still a bit too much in July 2010. I will certainly return to this hotel, but only when the temperature is a bit lower. Next spring perhaps :-)
