positiv: 15 min walk from subway station. bus station nearby to go to central. Restaurant around the hotel is very good.
negativ: no water boiler available, hence no coffee, tea inside room; hair blow dryer was broken

negativ: shortcoming in simple things not worth of a four-star hotel: bidet broken, no proper shower curtain, hardly any space in wardrobe...

negativ: garage bonus for HRS customers provided only after insistence; simpathy at reception shall be improved; walking distance to metro station is at least 15 minutes;
