negativ: Amentities in the bathroom of terrible quality, and maintenance in the room very poor. Poor service on room floors: enpty bottles in the corridor for one day
positiv: excellent location, very good pool area for a city centre hotel
negativ: our room was not ready on arrival, 1.45pm, and still not ready at 3pm. The hoel then changed our room to one that had been cleaned, but it was a double rather than twin. This appears to be a regular occurance according to one of the reception staff
positiv: Pool area looks lovely. Room clean and bathroom spacious and well equipped.
negativ: Drainage problem. The room and corridors smelt strongly of drains.
