- Torrent Fals was built in the fifteenth century and is one of the oldest fincas in Santa Maria. The house which is surrounded by vineyards and produced its own wine until a few years ago, has been renovated following the style of the typical inns in the Burgundy region and has become a very unique hotel with spectacular views both to the vineyards and to the Tramuntana mountain range. The hotel is only 15 minutes from Palma on the motorway, therefore the situation is ideal to enjoy both country and city life, including bearby golf courses, beaches, restaurants, shops and a variety of island excursions. Torrent Fals has a beautiful dining-room with a fireplace where one may enjoy delicious breakfast and evening meals. There is also a living-room, a magnificent wine cellar, gardens and a spectacular swimming-pool. All rooms are individually decorated and fully equipped with: air conditioning/heating, TV, telephone, minibar and complete bathrooms. Torrent Falls stands in lush countryside enjoying spectacular views in all directions. To the north, the Tramuntana mountain range with the Puig Mayor and to the south , the neverending vineyards reaching the picturesque hamlet of Ses Coves in the hills. The swimming-pool with water overflowing at each end is in the niddle of a beautiful pine forest. Torrent Fals is the perfect place to relax and do nothing, but for those who are feeling energetic, the following activities are offered: Greenfees with instructor at the nearby golf course of Son Termes.
