positiv: Very nice room. Comfortable.
negativ: Hotel pool out of order the entire week I was there. I had booked in order to use it. They made no effort to send me to another pool at a nearby hotel in their chain. Wireless Internet did not work and they charged me higher access rate at business center. Front desk staff generally not good - long waits, was shouted at when I asked one employee for service. Overall they do not know how to deal with a woman there on a business trip, wasted my time, answered simple questions with I don't know as an answer, very amateurish, ignored me when I needed service in dining room and had to get to a meeting. Really need staff training at reception.
