Positive: Clean, slient and relaxed room.
Negative: It was clean and central for me. Everything was fine but althought i made a reservation around 6 moths ago i notice that at the last time i had to have a confirmation for hotel entrance code for weekend.
I use everytime the same payment method all over the world by credit card but they didn't get be able to got the money from card and they told me that they will cancel my reservation because of it. I asked the mail order form for payment and they even didn't answer about it. Finally after so many tries they get be able to got the amount from my credit card and problem is solved.
Positive: Clean and warm,easy to find and a short walk from city.
Negative: No tea or coffee tray.
Positive: Near to trainstation. Not the centre of Basel.
Negative: Not 24 hours reception (not even 8 hours) for 3 star.
No coffee or tea available in the room.
Bed no better than a camp bed.
Room not cleaned for my entire stay.
Cheap for Switzerland, however for the rest of Europe it's still poor value.
Positive: Clean and good location
Negative: Terribly hot, asked for king size bed but got two single beds, reception is closed in weekend so could not ask for other room. Pictures on site doesn't show this room, they only show the nice rooms.
