Positive: Very good front desk staff. Location perfect.
Negative: Some grumpy waiter treating guests like it was Fawlty Towers....
Positive: Excellent location - best rooms are those Rhein views and single rooms are very spacious. Staff extremely helpful and my room was ready 2hours before offical check-in time and was made available immediately.

Positive: Very close to excellent public transport. Was provided with free travel pass for all public transport and advised that the No 8 tram went to the station forecourt from a stop almost outside the hotel
Negative: The room divider did not work and no spare pillows available. Hot breakfast - part was cold and had not been checked. However, appeared that the hotel was quiet The free shuttle to the main station was not offered (but not requested).
Positive: I was pleased with the quality of the bed beyond standard expectations.
