Positive: Staff made you feel as if you were part of their family. Very friendly, anticipated our needs and always with a smile. For example with breakfast I like a latte and a cup of tea, after my second morning it would arrive at my table seconds after I did without my having to ask.
Negative: no air conditioning but this seems to be true of all the facilities in Basel.
Positive: Very friendly and helpful people. Good location, close to interesting areas of Basel.
Negative: Internet wireless did not work - but people tried hard to solve the problem.
