From all directions: Motorway exit Neufeld -> go towards city centre -> straight on to a big crossroads with set of traffic lights -> get in left lane and turn left into Speichergasse -> turn right at next traffic lights, straight on and left into Neuengasse, 200m further on to the hotel.

positiv: Great location near the station, central and close to all sites, nice cozy room (single room), great shower, clean and comfortable.

negativ: Single room was very, very, very small (although the bath room was still a good size). Asked for a room "with a larger window" and was moved to a nice sized room. On the week days when Bern is busy, you might not be able to switch rooms.

negativ: Coming from England, it was surprising to smell strong cigarette smell at the reception, giving me a feeling of entering a Smokers lounge.
