negativ: Very noisy - you can hear the traffic and the neighbours as if they are in your room
negativ: The hotel announces Free WI-Fi in rooms, but actually you can use Wi-Fi and the Internet just after 23:00 till very early morning. It is somehow cheating people to book this hotel.
positiv: Excellent value. Director and other staff were VERY helpful to all guests (and fluent in several languages including English). Location is convenient -- easy walk to train station in one direction and lake in the other. Convenient to restaurants, food shops. Quiet considering central location. I was there a hot week. My a/c and fan worked well, Computers provided for guest use were usually available. No smoking policy was wonderful and well-observed.
negativ: I heard other guest complaining about their a/c; the area where computers were located also was very hot -- fan there did not work (repairs were delayed but staff was trying). Rooms had tea pot and tea but no coffee. Starting breakfast at 6:30 would be better than 7:00; I had to leave early several days. It would be good to have option of lower rate without breakfast.
