negativ: AS this hotel is in the middle of the red light district better soundproofing should be installed.

positiv: The hotel gives a ticket fot public transportation (free of charge) for the duration of the stay. The card allows going to the airport.
The hotel is very close to the train station, but also not far from the city.
negativ: The area is not very nice (not dangerous, but also not pleasant).
positiv: I felt physically safe and secure at the hotel
negativ: The location of the hotel is in the Red Light district AND in the Entertainment district. My room window could not block out the noise froom the streets. I used the airconditioner to drown out the street noise.
The room airconditioner had only 2 settings: On and Off. The airconditioner was quite noisy itself. Sleeping on the weekend was a challenge.
The room safe was quite small, I could not fit my laptop in it.
The bathtub side was quite high off the ground. I always felt that one wrong move and I could slip and hurt myself. One time when I got out of the tub, I leaned on the sink counter only to find that it was not sturdy. I believe that my bathtub was a potential hazard.

negativ: Other guests were smoking in an adjoining bathroom which prompted a change of room.
