Train to Interlaken Ost, Bus to Bönigen Lake or Schlössli.
Zurich Airport (ZRH): (NW) - Drive from any Swiss Airport direction Bern (Captitol) then direction Thun and Interlaken. Before Interlaken stay on the motorway and take the exit Bönigen. On the first roundabout take a left, now follow the mainroad to Bönigen, pass the village and continue to the lake at the end of the village, there you will find the Seehotel on your right side. ## From Luzern: Take the N8 motorway which brings you over the Brünig pass. Stay on N8 direction Interlaken, take exit Bönigen und the first crossing after exit take a right and continue to the lake. You will find the Seehotel on your right side directly on the lake.

positiv: Excellent food & accomodation. Staff all very friendly, helpful & welcoming. All the staff really wanted to talk with us & find out what we had been doing on our days out. Bus service to / from Interlaken hourly & stop very near hotel. Beautiful lakeside location. Price in low season really good , I would like to go back again soon .
negativ: Smoking in small lounge / bar did slightly detract from excellent food. Restaurant was fully booked ! However, we were very well looked after! It would be nice to see a no smoking area.
