Two lounges with TV set and book corner invite to stay. In the mornings, a breakfast buffet in the pleasant dining hall is laid out for the guests of the hotel Alpha. Internet access is available for a fee.

Here is how to find us: We are a 12-minute walk away from train station. Walk all along Pilatusstrasse until you reach our hotel. You can also take bus no.1 and get off at ilatusplatz. Continue down Pilatusstrasse to the second street on the right (Zähringerstrasse). We are at number 24.
Driving, coming from the north: leave the highway at „Luzern-Zentrum“. Stay in the right lane and at the second set of lights, turn to the right into „Klosterstrasse“. Then take the second left on to „Zähringerstrasse“. We are at number 24.

positiv: The rooms were very nice and the majority of the hotel staff was extremely helpful. Also, within walking distance of the old town.
negativ: Breakfast was OK. When asking the front desk a recommendation for supper, he said, "go to the old town, you'll find something there", versus actually recommending a good restaurant.
