Please make your way out of the train station through the main entrance.Walk over the main bridge and cross the pedestrian crossing into Kapellplatz (Square).There at Furrengasse(in the back of the building) you find the hotel entrance.

positiv: lake view from restaurant, and good breakfast
negativ: not so easy to find the entrance of the hotel, it is in a small street
positiv: The location. breakfast excellent choice of food. Restaurant friendly staff and lovely food.
negativ: Extremely expensive for what the facilities provided. The internet pictures look far better than the reality. Small rooms (ours was overlooking offices - we could see them clearly and they could see us clearly (even in the bathroom), minimalist decor, staff not exactly overly friendly
positiv: We upgraded our room and moved into a larger bright room with balcony facing the Kapellen Bruecke right in front of our window and the awesome panorama of the Swiss Mountain peeks.
negativ: The mattresses were too hard for a good night sleep.
positiv: The hotel's location was great, right in front of the water and the views from our balcony was amazing. The staff was kind and the hotel was very clean.
negativ: This hotel can not be reached by car easily. It took us about 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get to it since it is in the Old town area, the roads are for pedestrians. No parking available near the hotel except for the train station which was expensive.
negativ: When complaining that the room was cold no actual effective course of action was taken. apparently, the fan heater used to warm staff was not available to warm customers.
