positiv: lovely setting - cannot get closer to the lake. Probably best terrace in Montreux!
negativ: Had requested double room and were allocated a single room. The staff did change it and then the room was lovely. No bar facilities in-room - strange for a 4* hotel?
positiv: Great value (from you ~ especially seeing normal price which would have been too much for me) for such a good quality hotel
negativ: A little noisy from all night trains, but still slept ok. The track was on about a level with floors 2/3
negativ: Some of the staff at the reception could have been more helpful. They were a little too snooty for my liking. Mind you this is only a very few people, all other folks were great.
