positiv: hotel is located in Montreaux centre, so if you want to be as close as possible to the Casino, this might be a choice. Staff was normally friendly and willing to help, but that's all.
negativ: Hotel is unsuitable for business travellers, it's old and not very clean. In your room there's small tv set, fridge and bed, that's all. If you enjoy the athmosfere of old hotels with wooden stairs and some diritiness, you might consider it. I was in the area for a business trip to a company located in next city. Thought I had reservation for 5 nights, I stayed in the hotel only 1 and then moved to much better and cheaper hotel.
positiv: The hotelg is an attractive Belle Epoche building with numerous high ceiling rooms just for relaxing or gatherings
negativ: low lighting and no light for a supplied des staff not too happy to give information in English
