No Soundproofing - You can hear your neighboor TV or shower !
Road just across the room - very noisy as you can hear cars, motorcycle 2 meters from your room
to go reception, restaurant, breakfast you need to cross the road. Dangerous if darkness
positiv: Excellent room and an excellent evening meal.
