By car till Täsch(6km from Zermatt),here the public road ends.The road Täsch-Zermatt is only open to holders of a specialpermit.In Täsch you either take a taxi to Zermatt or board the shuttle train(runs between 6 a.m.-11.30p.m.at 20min.intervals).You can park your car either on the public parking lot at the Täsch-station or at one of the lots/underground car parks of the private taxi companies.
