It provides some traditionally furnished rooms in the main building with great views of Matterhorn Mountain as well as several modern alpine-style rooms in the new building. The restaurant serves breakfast and delicious 5-course menus. Moreover, the Europe Hotel & SPA offers a beautiful spa.

Zermatt is a car-free resort and cannot therefore be reached by private car. Motorists must leave their car at Täsch, village before Zermatt, parking at either public car park or underground garage. Then proceed to zermatt by train or special taxi.
