positiv: Clean rooms, window shutters so minimum outside noise. convenient for city centre. Lift to rooms.
negativ: Not as close to station as stated (20 minute walk)
Breakfast not available although quoted as an option.
No reception at hotel, although member of staff was there outside on arrival.
positiv: Great value for the price!
Rooms are nicely sized, clean, equipped with a mini-bar, a kettle. beds (for a double) are well sized and confortable, free wifi is a plus!
Anwand hotel is, as a matter of fact, not a hotel as you would expect it but a nice housing facility.
Breakfest is rich, products are fresh, over average.
I was there on a business trip for three, week, felt confortable.
negativ: The hotel is located nearby the red light district. Nothing dangerous nor shocking, it is a very lively part of the city.
I would however not recommend it for a family stay nor to my grand-mother!
positiv: Nice owner
negativ: It was a bit strange to collect key from key box instead of reception. I was not informed about it
