negativ: Using room service was quite painful as it was a rush hour and it took several efforts to get the delivery right.
positiv: sehr nettes witziges, sehr sauberes und sehr gut organisiertes hotel in excellenter lage. der ausblick der zimmer hat teilweise den charme pariser hinterhof idylle. das team ist äusserst hilfsbereit und ausgesprochen freundlich. der preis ist bestens !
