negativ: Checking in and out was slow, and the computer system does not clearly highlight when a room is paid in advance, as we were almost charged twice for a room.

positiv: clean room, friendly staff, good location
negativ: one morning, there was no warm water for the shower at 7 a.m.
negativ: Got a room near the stairs and the reception area, which was a bit loud. At least it wasn't facing the street with the tram going by every few minutes.
positiv: Rooms in Floor 6 and 7 offer a nice view over Zurich.
