The Tram station Milchbuck is located directly in front of the hotel. The motorway exit Zürich-Unterstrass is nearby the hotel. Coming from the airport or Bern/Basel: motorway direction Zurich City - in the Schöneichtunnel exit Unterstrass. Direction Universität Zürich Irchel, keep going straight until 3rd light. After 3 light right, go straight until light, take a left into Schaffhauserstrasse. The hotel is on your right after about 300m.

positiv: Very welcoming staff, and very close to public transport. Very easy to get to the airport and to the city.
negativ: Internet is not included - there is an additional (modest) charge. Shower facilities small and uncomfortable.
negativ: I was very disappointed by the customer service at this hotel !!! At 7 AM, people were hammering on the other side of our bedroom wall and all the hotel had to offer was that this was not their doing. Their approach to reconcile this obvious problem was limited to informing us that it wouldn't happen over the weekend. Obviously, somebody needs to go to customer service school and learn that my problem is also their problem; I can only assume that having satisfied guests is not the top priority at this hotel.
