1. Kuo Kuang Motor Transport Co.：Taipei to Loudong: Buses leave about every 25 minutes on the Coastal Highway route. Service along the Taipei-Luodong route is offered about every 40 minutes. Get off at Fulong Stop. Fullon Hotel Fulong is in 5-minute walking distance from the station.
2. Keelung Bus Co.：Keelung to Fulong: Catch this bus at the Keelung Bus Co. station in Keelung City. Buses run every 30 to 60 minutes. Fullon Hotel Fulong is in 5-minute walking distance from the station.
# By Train：
Take the Taipei-Hualien line and get off at Fulong. Fullon Hotel Fulong is in 6-minute walking distance from the station.
From Taipei:
Take the Badu or Keelung exits off of the Sun Yat-sen Freeway to connect with the Coastal Highway (Provincial Highway 2).
Alternatively, take the Taipei-Ilan Freeway and take the Ercheng exit onto the Coastal Highway. Go along Coastal Highway until you arrive at Fulong Beach.
From Suao Hualien
