Positive: Best located. Wonderful people. Nice atmospehere. Beautiful, cosy and stylish location. Nice and friendly tourist shops around ... you might become a friend with some of the owners ;-)
Negative: Very clean, but nothing for perfectionists. For Istanbul a very calm street ... but still interesting that you get your wake up call by a real cock and a muezzin.
Positive: Quiet location with good traffic connections both to European and Asian side
Negative: Constructions in neighbourghood but did not disturb much
