positiv: The location of the hotel is quite unbeatable. It's a 30 second walk from the metro.
negativ: Almost every floor and every room is a carpeted smoking room. So there's a strong smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. The staff are generally not very helpful. We asked for an extra blanket, which came the next day, after we made a fuss.
