negativ: Absence of tea & coffee.
positiv: Could not rate breakfast because the ghuesthouse is an apartment! Very secured with concierge 24h/ 7 d a week!
Fantastic view on the Operahouse.
negativ: The interior decoration and facilies alltough still correct today should be changed in the Years to come? This is not a negative
note but rather a kindly advise!
positiv: the appartment has plenty of space, nice view, air-condition in the living room and in the kitchen.
negativ: receptions is too far from the actual apartments; the entrance is not clearly signed, the bathroom has technical problems, the house keeping personnel had shown they attitude, especially on the departure day.
