- Set in the heart of historic Bath is Pratts Hotel - a hotel which prides itself on its warm and friendly welcome - Built in the heady days of Beau Nash - Pratts Hotel has been part of the heritage of the city for more than 200 years - This classical Georgian hotel built from famous Bath stone was originally 5 townhouses - 2 of which were used as boarding houses for some famous occupants including Sir Walter Scott - William Wilberforce and Dame Peggy Ashcroft - Mrs Frederick Pratt bought the boarding house at No 5 in 1910 and by 1917 the property was registered as Pratts Hotel - Today the hotel boasts a wealth of interesting features and offers 46 individually decorated bedrooms with en-suite facilities - attention to detail and comfort in each room provides an individual flavour to your stay - The elegant restaurant serves a wide range of popular and classical dishes and an extensive and imaginative wine list - The bar offers views onto the famous South Parade and is the ideal place for pre-dinner drinks or a nightcap to round off the evening - Morning coffee and afternoon tea are served in one of the comfortable lounges - Free WiFi is available - For business visitors there are two conference rooms situated in a secluded part of the hotel - both offering natural daylight and audio-visual equipment - There is a pay and display car park opposite the hotel -
