negativ: One of the noisiest city centre hotels I have stayed in, sound proofing is terrible, music from late night bar next door can be heard all night. Staff very rude, customers asking for anything seemed to be distracting them from chatting
negativ: My room window looking into a pile of garbage fallen on the roof of the adjoining roof of the main lobby; I had to close the room curtain at all times to shut out this disgusting view
