Positive: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is brilliantly positioned and
Negative: Room was slightly tatty and the heat of the shower was hard to get right - it was either too hot or too cold. Also, on one night there was a disco going on somewhere in / near the hotel which was very noisy and made it hard to get to sleep.
Positive: location / proxmity to city centre and train station excellent
Negative: hotel felt dingy

carpets on the stairs threadbare
suspect rooms in pictures are refurbished/premium rooms
location of room adjacent to bus stop..constant noise to late evening, as well as early morning
postcode doesnt aid location when using Sat Nav.
Would be better to suggest the NCP car park as a target.
