Negative: Staff is available 24 hrs. but reception is always unmanned. A bit more of human interaction would feel nice in a hotel. For small things like where to find a good hotel, nearest interesting places one doesn't feel like ringing the bell and calling someone. It would be great if the reception is manned atleast in the mornings.
