Recommend taking taxi from Rail station.
At junction 1 of M27 continue along A31 (dual carriageway) for approx 11 miles. Take A338 to Bournemouth (dual carriageway) for approx 10 miles. At first roundabout take 1st exit. At next roundabout take 2nd exit. At next roundabout take 1st exit into Christchurch Road. Take 3rd exit on right into Boscombe Spa Road. The hotel is at the end of this road.

Positive: excellent friendly service in the restaurant, very helpful at reception. We would come back!
Negative: no hot or cold water in the morning and the toilet didnt flush, i think there was a problem with the boilers cause everyone was complaining

Positive: Hot tub outdoors, very pleasant in cold weather. Big towels in the pool and fitness area.
Negative: dirty carpet. croissants at breakfast were cold and seemed to be just defrosted before serving them. the paint on the stairs chipped. Old 80's interior with horrible orange brown carpet and dated wallpaper. the halls and rooms look old. Bathrooms don't have shelves on which to put the toiletries. more towel hooks would be appreciated (only had 1 in bathroom). The sink plug had hair stuck at the bottom.
Negative: We were staying in a room where you could not open the window. It was unbelievable hot. The reason therefore was that they have to rebuild the balcony and for safety they could not open the door/window. This is absolute a deal breaker. I could not recommend this to anyone else. As it was a bank holiday we could not find another hotel. I stay more than 150 nights during a year in hotel rooms and I don't exaggerate. This is not acceptable.
