Negative: No hot water in bathroom, either in the evening or the morning.
Coffee at breakfast not hot enough
Positive: Was given room upgrade to family room which was very large. Hotel is very central
Negative: As hotel is so central there is a lot of noise from main road and clubs around area. Excellent value for money against rate paid.
