Negative: They have no car park of their own, and the public one they recommend costs £2 overnight (5pm to 5am). The hotel SAY that this actually extends to 9am, but there's no written evidence, so if you did get clamped or fined, you'd have no way to get the hotel to admit responsibility for your costs. It didn't actually happen to me, but I was nervous every night.
Also, this arrangement is not made clear before you arrive, so at the time you park, you don't know how to deal with paying for the parking.
Negative: towels too small
Positive: Staff were very polite and helpful.
Negative: The bathroom was ridiculous ! and the beds very small.
Positive: Staff friendly, decent restaurant meals
Negative: Staff friendly, but not particularly efficient. Buffet breakfast was not particularly appetising
