Directions to hotel
Exit Bristol Temple Meads and walk towards the main road. Cross over at the crossing so that you are on the other side of the road. Go right towards St Mary Redcliffe Church, bearing left onto Redcliffe Way. The hotel entrance in on your left
Take the M32 into Bristol from J19 of the M4 motorway. At the end of the M32, turn left at the lights. Go straight on at the next lights. Bear left towards the train station staying in the right hand lane. Go past the train station on your left to a roundabout. Go round the roundabout, so the station is on your right. Stay in the left lane & bear left onto Redcliffe Way. The hotel is on the left.

Positive: There was nothing to fault with the hotel apart from cleaniness of my bedroom, see below
Negative: On first appearance my room looked fantastic, then I noticed that my bed had just been made back up and the bedding not changed (there were lots of long hairs in the bed), the teacups and spoons had not been cleaned properly and were still dirty. The bedside cabinets were covered in dust and the room was not hoovered properly. On a positive note, the bins were emptied daily and clean towells put in the bathroom and the bathroom cleaned, but unfortunatly the other negatives let the hotel down.
