Positive: Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly
Hotel's comments: Dear Guest,N Thank you for your comments. I am thrilled that you found the levels of customer service at the hotel to be excellent. As a small hotel we focus very strongly on giving a personal service that larger hotels are sometimes unable to offer and it is always lovely to here from satisfied guests.
Negative: The room was very small, and this was meant to be the upgrade!, Also the room was in the attic space and the stairs were exhausting.
Hotel's comments: I am sorry that you found the room to be smaller than you were expecting. Due to the Hotel being located in a period property apposed to a purpose built building, and being in the center of Clifton, means that the rooms are all slightly different shapes and sizes. We do have some rooms that are slightly larger than others and my team will always try to accommodate any specific requests or requirements guests have made us aware of in advance. I have asked my reception staff to ensure they are checking that guests are happy with their room allocation once they have been shown to their rooms in order to ensure we are providing the best service possible. I hope that you will return to The Rodney Hotel in the future so that we may be able to rectify the issues you experienced in your last visit. Kind Regards Amy Allen
