positiv: Thank you for a comfortable, clean stay. The central position of this hotel has me booking it again when I return.

negativ: to hot no opening windows anywhere in the whole hotel thus causing it to be like a greenhouse and due to this you get very little sleep rooms fitted with fans that re-circulate hot air the big sleep is a terrible choice of names as its the last thing you get
positiv: The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful
negativ: This place is exactly like a motheaten Travelodge except that the breakfast is inferior. The street entrance, is obscure and grim but once you find reception that is cheerful. The route to the room feels industrial. This calls itself a "budget designer hotel" but the only "designer" evidence is the use of the letter "e" on its side in signage. The room was not properly cleaned, there was no milk on the hospitality tray and not even any toilet paper in the bathroom. The carpets were dirty, the hanging space is a wire frame and furnishings basic in the extreme. One of the tiny lifts was out of action and the other made strange noises as it crept between floors.
This is not a place for business users. At my meeting I could not bear to tell colleagues where I had stayed the night. The ludicrously low price does match up to the facilities but the Sandrigham is preferable at this price.

negativ: no kettle in the room. room decoration was poor. Also remote control was super dirty, you really didn't want to touch it. breakfast shpuld start from 6.30.
